One of our first native spice blends we are proud to bring to you is a cinnamon and lemon myrtle blend.
It is great for uses in both savoury and sweet uses. Giving a native cinnamon and lemony notes. Uses:
- Tea - teaspoon in hot water and steep
- Cake or biscuits - a regular cake or biscuit mix. Turn these leaves into powder form with a food processor or like and using approximately a table spoon in your batch recipe.
- Use in a curry, over meat especially fish or chicken or baked veggies drisseled with olive oil.
- Plus much more.
This blend is a great way for you or your loved ones to easily for try our native herbs and spices. All sustainably harvested from our farm on Darkinjung country.
