We are using a mix of native herbs to create a uniquely Australian flavour. 

 Bread and olive oil and balsamic or over chicken fish or on your favourite cheese and hommus.

the flavour will change slightly from time as we vary the mix depending on variety but highlighting th nutty Wattleseed and anise with peppery tones
