Finger Lime Plant (Tubestock) Known as "citrus caviar," finger limes are native to the subtropical rainforests of New South Wales. Instead of segments, each fruit is packed with tiny, juicy pearls that burst with tangy citrus flavour. Sprinkle them over oysters, seafood, salads, desserts and cocktails. They're rich in vitamin C and antioxidants too.

The plants start small but grow vigorously, and you'll typically see fruit in years two and three. They're suited to fruiting in a variety of climates across Australia and grow happily in the garden or in a large pot on a balcony or patio. Give them full sun and well-drained soil for best results.
